This Launch Team Member will use ministry skills and love for the local church to start and develop a new church as part of a church planting team. This person will take initiative to form relationships with the local people, disciple individuals and small groups, and serve alongside other teammates in ministries in the church . The role includes evangelism as well as seeing practical needs in the community and finding a way to meet them.
