SHORT JOB DESCRIPTION

The pastor shall serve as the chief of a campus under-shepherd and overseer Rising Hope Neighborhood Church, feeding, leading and nurturing the sheep. This person’s main responsibilities will be to communicate God’s Word, minister to spiritual needs and provide biblical leadership for the church

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

Gradation from a university seminary or Christian base school
have Experience in ministry
Supports Rising Hope Neighborhood faith, message, mission statement, and our Vision.
Experience in managing staff (primary supervisor and administrator of staff)
Demonstrated effectiveness in communicating through multiple media with church members
Successful experience sharing leadership responsibility with staff, deacons, Elders board, committee, teachers, and others
Experience supporting mission involvement at the local, state, national and international levels.
