SHORT JOB DESCRIPTION
To serve as a staff member within a vibrant congregation, working with a committed staff and gifted lay leadership in order to nurture children, from birth through 5th grade, and their families, in the love and grace of Jesus Christ.

has a personal, active and growing relationship with God through Jesus Christ. energetic, warm, and able to share the love of Jesus with children and their families. is comfortable with visiting church families involved in the CM. able to balance work and family life. physically capable of sustained activity.

Regular contact with students, parents and volunteers

Needs to have some energy and the good with walking
Knowledge Required:
Ability to communicate the Gospel through various means to children at various ages.
Leadership background and experience serving with kids. Heart for children and parents.
Proven ability to lead staff and Dream Team.
Project management experience.
Ability to articulate and implement the vision of RHNC.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Superior interpersonal skills working with a variety of people from Dream Team members to parents to kids.
Solid theological grounding and creativity in kids’ ministry curriculum development.
Positive attitude and positive approach to problem solving. Must be solution oriented.
Computer competency and/or ability to learn quickly in Planning Center, Pushpal, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and etc.
Strong organizational and time management skills and pursuit of excellence through attention to detail.
The ability to forecast and plan for continued growth.
Minimum Training and Experience:
HIgh school diploma
